Answer: Yes, we have a professional team to produce the industrial hinges according to your demands and drawing. Providing 3D and pdf drawing to help you to design.
How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?
It will depend on whether you are customizing the product, or buying a regular stock product. If it is a stock product, it can be dispatched within 1-2 days. If it is a customized product, it generally takes 1-2 months to ship.
Could you produce according to the samples
Yes, we could customer-made by your samples or technique drawings, we could build the mold and fixtures.
Can you produce according to the drawing I designed?
Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of pull handles and have our own production workshop.
Can you provide samples?
Of course, we can provide you with free samples immediately for regular products. It may take some time if it is a custom-made product. If you need free samples, please contact us: [email protected]
What is the MOQ for heavy duty hinges?
The minimum order quantity for heavy duty hinges is 50pcs. If it is a customized product, the minimum order quantity is 500pcs.
When can I receive customized samples?
It generally takes 25-30 working days to make samples, because it usually takes about 25 working days to produce molds. If you don’t use the mold to produce the sample, it may be faster, generally a week or so.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by enail, fax, or call us. But pleaseinclude the following: company name, company address, email address and also model number。
How can I know my order’s production progress?
If it is a regular stock product, we can ship it within 1-2 days. If there are not enough products in stock, we will accurately inform the shipping date. If it is a customized product, we will communicate with you at every link, so that you can keep abreast of the production progress of the product.
Can you provide a 3D model of the product?
Yes. We have 3D models of each product to facilitate a mock-up installation prior to purchase.

What are the payment options?
